 情景剧《黎明前的诀别》讲述了中共地下党员、海盐籍革命烈士朱聚生为了理想信念努力奋斗、英勇牺牲的故事，展现了他短暂而辉煌的一生。朱聚生是一名隐蔽战线的革命战士，他变卖祖传家产捐献给党组织，支援解放区斗争；他利用国民党沈荡镇镇长、沈荡镇国民中心学校校长身份作掩护，办学校、办报刊，向青年学生传播革命思想、教唱革命歌曲，引导进步青年奔赴解放区。他被捕后受尽酷刑，宁死不屈，壮烈牺牲，年仅26岁。</p> 《黎》剧选取朱聚生献身革命的三个片断，通过一名大学毕业生的独特视角，引导观众走进朱聚生的内心世界和感人故事，去感受朱聚生的家国情怀。剧情构思巧妙、简洁洗练、重点突出；表演情真意切、丝丝入扣、感人肺腑；舞台上三组人物分立于硕大镜框内造型各异，呈现出鲜活的时代特色和人物形象，在灯光的映射下凝重而富有视觉冲击力。将英烈故事以写意的形式搬到纪念馆内墙上的相框内，具有历史的纵深感，以当代大学生叙事的形式展现历史，彰显了当代青年不忘先烈、担当使命的责任。十四分钟时长的这出短剧让观众深深感动。</p> 该剧由校党委宣传部联合海盐县委宣传部共同打造。戏剧系表演艺术专业承担创排任务，戏剧系特聘教授、兰州军区战斗文工团话剧团导演孙学增担任编导，戏剧系副主任、教授荆芳参与导演，美术系常务副主任、教授李昌国担任舞美设计，教学实践部徐丹丹担任灯光设计，2019级表演艺术专业班学生参加演出。</p> <p>      《黎》剧首演于由省退役军人事务厅、省军区政治工作局主办，浙江革命烈士纪念馆、浙江艺术职业学院等承办的“百年·百人·百场”庆祝中国共产党成立100周年浙江英烈故事宣讲活动，同学们将朱聚生的英勇事迹演绎得淋漓尽致，生动感人的表演让观众热泪盈眶，百余名党员干部、老战士、英烈家属代表无不动容。</p> <p>       参演的同学们也深受教育，深受感动。黄心玥同学说：“通过出演青年大学生解说员，我认识了朱聚生，让我感受到先烈们舍小家为大家的革命情怀。有幸生活在和平年代的我们要缅怀先烈，牢记使命，肩负起社会责任，为中华民族伟大复兴作出贡献。”</p> <p style="text-align: center"><a  为了向建党百年献礼，校地双方去年就有了合作创作红色作品的意向，经多番交流，确定以朱聚生烈士事迹为主题进行创作。在校党委委员、宣传部部长马向东带领下，组织了戏剧系创作团队多次赴海盐进行采风调研，参观朱聚生纪念馆，在沈荡文化艺术中心召开采访座谈会，了解朱聚生事迹。座谈会上，创作团队听取朱聚生女儿朱战红、朱荒红老人讲述与父亲之间的情感故事和《朱聚生传》作者林天仁老师介绍的创作心得，挖掘戏剧素材，探讨作品创作。</p> <p>       荆芳表示：“采风调研时听了朱聚生两位女儿的讲述，朱聚生的形象在脑海里一下子就鲜活了起来。革命烈士之所以伟大是因为他们做出了常人做不到的事情。朱聚生在海盐解放那天牺牲了，没能看到最后的胜利。情景剧取名为《黎明前的诀别》，我想取这个名字是随他所愿，寓意为天一定会亮，胜利一定会到来。”</p> <p>      创排期间，戏剧系组织师生赴海盐参观朱聚生纪念馆，进行红色文化教育，追寻先烈足迹，感受烈士的革命精神；在武原街道、沈荡老镇进行文艺演出，展现浙艺学子艺术风采。沈荡镇宣传委员姚敏方说：“推出情景剧《黎明前的诀别》，是想通过讲述朱聚生革命烈士短暂而又伟大的一生向观众展现他一生求索、奋斗不息的精神，赓续红色根脉，传承红色基因，献礼建党百年。”</p> <p>       孙学增还应邀为海盐本地演员辅导排演《黎明前的诀别》，在“万众艺心 永远跟党走”海盐县百场文艺展演百部电影展映暨“盐艺”精品节目首发启动仪式上进行展演，之后又多次登上市、县、镇三级舞台，经嘉兴电视台报道，让朱聚生烈士的故事进一步深入人心，让红色文化广泛传播。许多人慕名前来沈荡镇朱聚生纪念馆红色基地打卡。</p> <p style="text-align: center"><a style="font-family:宋体">据了解，浙艺负责乡镇文化员定向培养工作始于</span>2017年。当年，由省文化和旅游厅牵头对各地乡镇文化站人员缺口情况进行调查摸底，根据各地乡镇文化站实际需求情况编制定向培养招生计划。经过对泰顺、云和、磐安等36个县（市、区）乡镇文化员摸底调查发现，近五年他们中有304人将退休，加之空编数283人，乡镇文化员空缺总量达587人。为此，省委宣传部、省教育厅、省财政厅、省人力资源和社会保障厅、省文化和旅游厅联合下发了《关于开展定向培养乡镇文化员试点工作的通知》，决定在浙艺开展定向培养乡镇文化员试点工作。</span></p>
