style="font-family:宋体">“一体、两翼、五重点”改革的重要载体之一，在深化职业教育改革中发挥着重要作用。成立舞台美术行业产教融合共同体是贯彻党的二十大精神、落实好“办好人民满意的教育”“繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业”要求的具体举措，要聚焦三点做好共同体的建设发展：一是统一目标。围绕打造“主体融合、要素聚集、资源共享、持久发展”舞美行业产业生态圈，促进政府、行业、院校、院团、剧场及产业单位产教协作融合，激发政校行企协同创新，形成合作共赢、互惠互利的有效机制，为营造舞台表演艺术及舞台美术传承发展的良好生态作出贡献。二是加强联动。协调好科研院所、普通高校和职业学校开展有组织、成体系、成规模、成建制的人才培养、科学研究和社会服务，在推进联动方面起到桥梁纽带作用，打造产教融合共同体的示范标杆。三是开放创新。秉持开放创新的精神，强化集体协作和联合攻关，坚持优势互补、互惠互利，构建新型科研组织模式和创新成果转化模式，不断推进舞美领域科技研发、技术创新和产业转化，积极为文化艺术职业教育服务行业产业发展积累新经验，提供新动能。</span></span></p>
