是全国为数不多培养省级越剧音乐伴奏人才的高等教育专业。60多年来，为全国特别是浙江省各专业院团培养了一批又一批戏曲音乐人才，如国家一级作曲刘建宽（浙江小百花越剧院党委书记）、打击乐教授杨茹文（上海音乐学院现代器乐与打击乐系党支部书记）、国家一级作曲王天明（浙江交响乐团创作部主任）等。</span></p> <p 赵思懿等几位女生，全身包裹在密不透风的恐龙装里，还要随着音乐翩翩起舞，难度可想而知。但同学们不叫苦不喊累，她们说：“孩子们的笑声，观众们的掌声，让我们收获了幸福与满足。”同学们心中藏着一份沉甸甸的愿望：“一名好演员，要经历舞台的千锤百炼才能打好基础。在乌镇，我们要学会自我发掘、自我组织、自我激励，要将最好的精神面貌呈现在大家面前，因为我们都是浙艺人。”</span></p> <p style="font-family:宋体">这次</span>14级小舞蹈表演班校考可谓取得了历史最好成绩，是考入北京舞蹈学院、中央戏剧学院、上海戏剧学院最多的一次，还实现了零的突破，第一次有人考进中央民族大学，那是中国民族舞蹈家的摇篮。我在这个班里的身份是多重的，所以我的喜悦也很多重。</span></p> <p style="font-family:宋体">作为舞蹈系系主任，我欣喜我们这些年对人才培养方案的调整修订是正确的。浙艺</span>60多年来对表演人才培养的标准和定位，舞蹈系每个老师都牢记在心，从不掉以轻心。中专的培养考核的标准非常明确，就是升学，所以我们对应北京上海等高校的人才培养模式，反复修订人才培养方案，坚持专业标准的严谨和规范，包括对教材的使用、备课、对新教材的研究、高考改革的研究、文化课的衔接等，一直都是我们研讨的重心。每次考试后发现哪个班存在问题，系里都要集中讨论，这不是一堂课两堂课就能体现的，需要长期坚持。从11小舞许天慧他们陆续考入北舞等高校后传来的反馈看，北舞等高校对我们的教育质量非常认可。在教风学风上我们也抓得很紧，舞蹈系学生经常有参加演出、比赛等任务，耽误的课时我们都会利用周末时间补上，我作为系主任每次都以身作则，带头去上课。从结果来看，这一点非常必要，夯实了学生基础。严格规范的教学，让老师和学生面对考学和比赛都非常踏实，同学们在“桃李杯”、全国职业技能大赛都取得了很好的成绩，在全国有一定地位和影响。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">作为</span>14小舞的主课老师，我最喜悦的是他们拿到一张张校考通行证，家长和孩子们都来报喜，说的最多的是“星姐，幸亏有你的魔鬼训练”。在教学上，我从不把自己当系主任，虚心向同行学习，上课从来不迟到不早退，每堂课都全情投入。一堂课上好了，我一天的心情都会好，一堂课没上好，一天都不得劲，我的情绪随着他们的状态而变化。辉煌的成绩背后，是师生们艰辛付出的过程。我知道同学们背后经常说，张老师上课太可怕了，一点细节都不肯放松。我还知道，他们天天去看我的车有没有在校园，心存侥幸盼着，张老师今天会不会不来？我从来不给他们这样的机会，即使出去开会，我都会告诉他们，什么时候赶回来把课补上。之所以这么严格，是因为考大学的时候，来不得半点虚假，教学过程自然也不可以有半点虚假，舞蹈身上的功夫是一目了然的，跳转翻你都得过硬，没什么好说的。我把我老师曾经教给我的，所有的教学经验和精华都毫无保留地传授给他们了。我还经常和他们谈人生观、价值观、发展规划、未来方向等，今年因为疫情，孩子们经历了最漫长的艺考，也不容易，需要始终鼓励他们坚持正确的方向。</span></p> style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">14小音乐班卢涵冰，是2019年国家奖学金获得者，这次顺利通过2020年上海音乐学院作曲系专业考试（计划内），作为他的专业老师，我得知这一消息后由衷替他高兴。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">记得第一次见卢涵冰，他给我的印象是一个瘦弱、淳朴的小男孩，性格腼腆。他来自丽水，在家附近琴行学习钢琴，因为很喜欢音乐，所以报考了浙江艺术学校，父母和家庭成员都没有学过音乐，对于今后的高考目标和专业发展规划都不是很清楚。卢涵冰第一次弹给我听的是一首肖邦的《升</span>c小调圆舞曲》，这是一首中等难度的作品，整体完成度尚可，但是演奏方法上有原则性的问题，用力飘得狠，属于基本功不扎实的典型，再加之他瘦弱的身躯，所以“放下去”（弹琴）和“多吃点”（长肉）成了日常我对他说得最多的话。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">针对卢涵冰演奏方法欠佳的问题，我对他的教学是从音阶和琶音这种最基础的基本功训练开始的。每个钢琴老师最头疼的就是给学生改演奏方法，因为这种肌肉记忆是根深蒂固的，而且基本功训练枯燥且乏味，想要坚持下去并且有脱胎换骨的改变比教零基础的学生更困难。整个初中阶段，我给卢涵冰制定的学习目标就是练好基本功，夯实演奏基础。慢慢地我发现这个孩子身上有一种非常可贵的品质，那就是踏实和坚韧。他能够静得下心，耐得住寂寞，根据老师的要求一点一滴高标准地完成自身的专业练习，非常刻苦。在短短三年中，卢涵冰的基本功有了很大改善，演奏水平也在飞速提高。记得高一那年，卢涵冰已经能够高质量地演奏李斯特的《森林的呼啸》和《塔兰泰拉》这样高难度的音乐会曲目了，其中还凭借《森林的呼啸》获得了</span>2018浙江省大学生钢琴比赛李斯特作品组金奖。综合考虑后我建议卢涵冰高考目标定位上海音乐学院作曲系（西洋作曲方向），我认为作曲比舞台演奏更适合腼腆的他，也更能让他发挥出自身的优势。所以高一开始，在卢涵冰的专业学习规划上，我做了相关调整，在积极拓展钢琴演奏曲目的同时，我推荐他跟随相关专家学作曲知识。卢涵冰就是附中学生的一个例子，只有勤学苦练才能华丽蜕变。</span></p>
